Yes, for very thirsty or extremely frizzy hair, you can leave a small amount in your hair. After rinsing, massage the bar between hands and then apply a small amount of conditioner into mids and ends as leave-in. Then, dry as usual.
Our bars do not contain synthetic fragrances. The scent comes from natural ingredients and a hint of lavender and chamomile oil. The scent can appear stronger when you take the bar from the box but it will subside when you wet the bar with water.
Light intensity conditioner gets the job done. It is not too heavy but keeps my hair from being flyaway. I am pretty happy with these bar products. I have Avery sensitive itchy scalp. So far nothing brings me the healing I desire. Trouble is I feel the need to use styling products which could be causing irritation. I can’t pinpoint the source of the problem. I think I am dealing with extra inflammation that I haven’t yet been successful on quelling.

Great light conditioner. Got for my mom and she has very fine hair and doesn't typically use conditioner. She loved this because it made her hair soft but did not make it greasy or weigh it down. Recommend for fine/thin hair.
